CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Paradise Esthetics Policies ✨ 🍃 Deposits & Payments • A nonrefundable deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your service total. • All sales are final. Deposits, payments, and fees are nonrefundable. • Payments cannot transfer to another person, service, or future month. • Remaining service balances are due in CASH at your appointment. 🍃 Cancellations & Late Rescheduling • Less than 48 hours’ notice, before your appointment day: 50% of your service total. • Same-day cancellations or reschedules: 100% of your service total. • Your original deposit counts toward this fee. Any remaining fee must be paid before rebooking. • This fee does not go toward a future service. A new deposit is required to secure another appointment. 🍃 Rescheduling • First change with at least 48 hours’ notice: complimentary; your deposit transfers. • Second change with at least 48 hours’ notice: your original deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required and goes toward your service total. • Third change and each additional change: a nonrefundable $50 time protection fee. • Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice follow the cancellation rules above. Only the higher applicable change fee applies. • All rescheduled appointments must take place within the original booking month, subject to availability. 🍃 Fully Paid Appointments The same rules apply. Any fee or forfeited deposit is deducted from your prepaid amount. Remaining credit stays toward the same service within the original booking month. A new deposit is required where noted above and counts toward your service total. 🍃 No Call / No Show 100% of your service total is due, with your deposit credited toward that amount. Future bookings will not be accepted. 🍃 Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee applies if your service can still be accommodated. • More than 10 minutes late without contacting me: your appointment is canceled and 100% of your service total is due, with your deposit credited. The $20 late fee will not also apply. 🍃 Guests & Minors No children or extra guests. Clients under 18 may bring a parent or guardian. 🍃 Arrival Message me upon arrival and wait for confirmation before entering. ✨ Policies are subject to change without notice.
